The capabilities we have put in place or are in the process of acquiring in the near term are both for our own use and for our customers and business partners. Our business model is very simple and straightforward ---- we get all our work done by outsourcing from our channel partners except for some core inputs, particularly advanced technologies. On the customer side, we deal only with select multi-nationals and corporate clients – all on a long-term basis. Business model-wise we are perhaps the exact opposite of an open house. But we are always on the lookout for new opportunities provided it is long-term and we can partner with the best. We are open to proposals for strategic investments in new technology start-ups, but only in projects that have met with some initial success and have some visible short-term track record. We have no plans to play the venture capitalist as we are not equipped to analyze entirely new and basic stage proposals which are still on paper. However, if someone has a good idea which s/he has put into business mode and has received a great initial response we may decide to walk and talk.
